1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seedance2Life ("Service"), operated at seedance-2.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seedance2Life is an AI-powered video generation platform. Our Service allows users to create short videos from text prompts and/or reference images using advanced AI models. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase or receive credits to generate videos.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

  • Video generation requires credits. Different AI models may consume different amounts of credits per generation.
  • New users may receive complimentary credits upon registration. These credits are non-transferable and may have an expiration date.
  • Credits are consumed when a video generation task is initiated. If generation fails, credits will be refunded to your account.

4.2 Purchases

  • Credits can be purchased through our authorized payment processors. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • One-time credit packages do not expire unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once used for video generation.
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents video generation and credits are consumed, please contact support for a credit refund.
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.
  • Refund requests for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Generate deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead others about the identity of real persons.
  • Generate content depicting child exploitation or abuse in any form.
  • Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms used by the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Circumvent any credit system limitations or exploit bugs for free generations.
  • Resell access to the Service or generated content as an automated service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

6. Content Policy & Prohibited Content

6.1 NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content

The Service strictly prohibits the generation of any sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, or otherwise NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Nude or semi-nude depictions of any person, whether real or fictional.
  • Sexually suggestive content, including undressing, provocative poses, or suggestive scenarios.
  • Pornographic or erotic material of any kind.

6.2 Content Involving Minors

The generation of any content depicting minors (persons under 18 years of age) in any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate context is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Violence, Hate Speech, and Illegal Content

The Service prohibits the generation of content that:

  • Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or terrorism.
  • Contains hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Depicts or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to drug manufacturing, human trafficking, or fraud.
  • Is designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten any individual.

6.4 Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate all content generated through the Service. We employ automated content safety filters to prevent the generation of prohibited content. In the event of a violation:

  • We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice.
  • All remaining credits will be forfeited with no refund.
  • We may report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • We may retain evidence of violations as required by law or for legal proceedings.

Attempts to circumvent, disable, or bypass our content safety filters constitute a severe violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the text prompts and images you upload to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., generating videos).

7.2 Generated Videos

  • Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a license to use AI-generated videos for personal and commercial purposes.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
  • We do not claim ownership of the videos generated through your use of the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

7.3 Our Property

The Service, including its design, logos, software, and documentation, is owned by Seedance2Life and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • AI-generated videos are produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee specific output quality, accuracy, or consistency.
  • Generation results may vary based on the AI model selected, prompt quality, and other factors.
  • We are not responsible for any unintended, offensive, or inappropriate content produced by AI models.
  • Generation times may vary and are not guaranteed. Service availability depends on third-party AI provider uptime.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDANCE2LIFE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to pricing, credit costs, available AI models, and features. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited.
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
